Together with the University of Bayreuth Graduate School and the WiN Academy, WiN-UBT supports early-career researchers from doctoral candidates to junior professors through a wide range of advisory services and funding opportunities. This support is a key foundation for excellent research.

The Council of Research Staff and Doctoral Researchers comprises the elected representatives of this group on the University’s self-governance bodies. In particular, it represents the interests of doctoral researchers, habilitation candidates, postdoctoral researchers, adjunct professors, research associates, and other non-professorial academic staff of the University of Bayreuth, including academic directors and members of the academic civil service.

Organized by faculty, these e-learning spaces for academic staff provide up-to-date information on university committee work and other activities. Access passwords are available on request from the course administrators listed.
