  Funded through Germany’s Excellence Strategy, the University of Bayreuth Centre of International Excellence “Alexander von Humboldt” was established. The aim of the Centre is to strengthen the internationality and excellence of research at the university across disciplines and to network intensively with the best universities worldwide.
