You'll receive a key for a € 30.00 deposit. When you receive the key, you will be asked for the expected period of use and your contact details.

If you discover any damage or soiling, please report this immediately as responsibility for the locker lies with the person borrowing the key. Without further notice potential damage or soiling of the locker would be attributed to the current borrower.

The locker will be inspected together, once the key is returned. If the locker is in perfect condition, the deposit will be returned to you. A later complaint is excluded.

Please note, by accepting the locker key, you agree

• that your data will be stored for the purpose of contacting you regarding the return of the key or other matters relating to your assigned locker. After return of the key your data will be deleted.
• that for the period of use this data will be accessible to all bodies entrusted with the management of lockers in the FZA building (see above).
• that your deposit may be retained in the event of loss of the key, damage or gross contamination of the locker.
• that you will report the loss of the key or damage to the locker immediately to one of the above-mentioned offices.
